As doomtrader wrote, they are in countries.csv in each scenario, column Color1, they are written as hex codes. Some graphic programs shows bot RGB and hex values, if you dont have such program you can use http://www.2createawebsite.com/build/hex-colors.html or download any simple "hex color picker" application , just use google
