Needs a a little work to get it close probably about another 50 allied ships to add (mostly DD's and replenishment stuff)

But say about another week and it will be playable PBEM

Thanks andy ,timing seems perfect, as by then my current PBEM scenario will most likely be over and we'll be looking for a bigger one before starting on the beast (GC). wish i could contribute something more to help apart from a friendly smile [;)]
sorry for the spelling . English is my main language , I just can't type . and i'm too lazy to edit :)

Great to see this scenario make a comeback! Good work Andy.

Good luck with that... Sorry about stealing away your old opponent... at least I think that you used to have a PBEM with Chez.

One PBEM is my max... no time for more than that (though Chez may wish that I would spread myself thinner!).

Andy,

I'm looking forward to this scenario; I lived on Guam and Saipan for a period of about 2 years, so I consider these places my back yard!

VVV
I play and post for fun...nothing stated ever carries with it the thought to irritate. If something does...privately PM and I will review.

OK its looking good all I need to do now is air and device replacement values - Japanese I assume should be none and for the Marines they should get an up front lump as its a two month scenario

Now VP's I assume I need to encourage the historical attacks so give the VP's for taking the three main islands.

There are 4 basic Allied Objectiives

1. Guam
2. Saipan
3. Tinian
4. Avoid attritional or large fleet losses (if they can kick KB along the way so much the better but the real objective is not to take losses that prejusdice future ops)

There are 4 basic Japanese Objectiives

1. Guam
2. Saipan
3. Tinian
4. Keep fleet in being while attriting allied fleet

I think 'victory' for the allies should be defined as Saipan + one of Guam or Tinian captured with minimal ship losses

I will try to balance VP's accordingly.

Its a save file not a scen file at present its easier to just save turn 1 in a head to head game at present until its built better
