How do you fix in the editor? The comments suggest hard coding behind the scenes?

No, not a coding issue, just that there isn't a factory with a build rate. Find the device, add a build rate. Really simple. But for a scenario below #30, only a dev can make the change and save it. For a user scenario, just change it and save. 2 secs.
