I wouldn't count on that, if my experiences are any indication of your expectations. [;)]ORIGINAL: ChickenOfTheSea
I was going to post something here, but I forgot what it was. Maybe it will come back to me.

I can remember the '20s! Back then, gasoline was a nickel a gallon and they'd wash your windows, check your oil and put air in your tires too! Back when service meant something. But NOW...(shakes head)...what was I saying?ORIGINAL: Dixie

Yeah, I know you guys are surprised we geezers can even use a computer.
I was on Nebraska football forum recently when somebody asked the OT question "What is the most dangerous place you've ever been?" He was thiking about U.S. locations, but soon got responses like Fallujah and Mogadishu, and it wasn't too long before he got Korea, 1952. I'm not that old, but it made me feel good to see that on an internet discussion board.

So how old do you have to be to get the title of geezer and can post in this thread? I'm less than six months away from leaving the roaring 40's and not really looking forward to it...

As some of the denizens here will tell you, geezerhood is not a number, its an attitude.
Of course I'm certainly not a geezer. I'm one of the punks on the lawn.
