Its a video game, were all here to have fun and enjoy the work done to make this game and the historical aspect of it, not whose balls are bigger because some play PBEM and others who choose not to or unable to.

If that's all you want from the game, fine. It's your nickle. But you are missing a great deal of enjoyment if you think it's just "Space Invaders".

I have no choice in the matter mike, much as I'd love to jump into a PBEM game at best I can pull off 2 turns a week, and most likely when I am overseas I can't log half the time. I don't want the rep like some have gotten for starting a PBEM then bailing out through it, but most likely thats what will happen in my situation.

I have completed 2PBEM's in wITP if I had the time I would prefer playing PBEM in AE, but what can you do when the situation doesn't suit you? But if you feel its just to slam someone from enjoying the game just to play the AI in mean time, thats your cup of tea.

You had might as well hang it up on this subject Misconduct, it is a tired discussion (or battle if you will) that has been beat to death literially for years and years, and the PBEM cadre is always quick to resurface it.
There is no possiblity of a "chocolate or vanilla" preference in their minds. Personally the subject bores the hell out of me and I won't get caught up in the "yea but" routine.

I have already spent to much time here talking about.

Yeah, I put 4 carriers up there to make it difficult and have had a number of naval battles with CAs and BBs to keep it. IJN keeps coming and have lost 5 carriers. They really should stop or I'm going to sink their entire fleet up there. On top of that, Wake is glistening with fighters and bombers, so it's not so easy to take anymore without an armada. [;)]

It happen in my game Andy, I caught a few lucky dice rolls early in my game with the submarines right there, and LCU were pretty much alive march/42, if either side sent some supply ships then either side would of won.

And I agree that any WITP is better than no WITP..., and your situation is a difficult one.

But if you feel its just to slam someone from enjoying the game just to play the AI in mean time, thats your cup of tea. I didn't "slam" you for playing the AI. I "slammed" you for bragging about your success at it. And if you read what I said (instead of what others said about it), I think you will find that it was a gentile "chide" suggesting you might want to wait until you had beaten up on something tougher than the AI to get excited.

Stop patronizing other players - especially AI players - and everything will be fine.
No misunderstandings, no trouble at all.
