How long before I get hard copy of game?

Kind of worried too, I opted out of the download insurance on the belief that I was going to get a hard copy.

i checked my local stores and couldnt find any distributed hardcopies present for any of matrix's games. Is that due to my country not being in their coverage or that they simply dont do hardcopy retail distribution?

FYI, it looks like the postal service lost yours too. We shipped it out, it should have arrived by now. We shipped out a replacement copy to you by a trackable shipping method late last week.
