Akagi somewhere in the pacific.

Writing an quick reminder to find the best fit pilots to the jakes.
Also thinking of have 1 BB with every CV TF. To dogdge Torpedos.

Waste of BBs?

None of the 4 midgetsubs made it this time at pearl.

Also lost 14 Bettys over Bativa, seems that, he is gonna pick an fight at Java.

And also bad timing with my invasions TF both TF retretated same with KB.

Gonna try again tomorrow, hopefully can my SAG TF or KB deliver some damage to Ganjins!

His CL gotta be very low on ammo. Sending an single DD to try to hinder them out of KB reach.

Clearly after small debacle that could have been alot worse.
Ive need to try my invasions TF and the other TF in a better way in the future.

Inital landing was set to Suva now Im gonna try at Nadi. A few 4Es are based somewhere.

Think the USN CV TF is going for Newzeeland
Since the other small TF is heading SOWE KB has been refueled.
And will pursiut.

Nightmare would be if the rest of the USN CV are intercepting them....will see
Cleary my most intense day here at WitP AE, so far...

Since KB just deliverd an portstrike againt New Zeeland....
They are heading back torwards Suva for refuel, but will deattach
2 CV witch are gonna strike Sydney saw ~50 ships
and 7-8 APx in port.

Also Gonna bombard Suva to prevent any lucky shots from 4Es.

All IJN Subs in the area is gonna try to put an an "fish" in his CV.

The USN CV TF are reported heading West but I doubt he will continue west.

Ambon Will fall into the Empire realm tomorrow and also the base west of Suva.
An SAG TF is moving east of Suva to hinder any reinforcements to Suva.
Witch there now are 5 units.

Landed with ~5k IJA soliders, lets hope there was the "crack" DIV and not the one from
Shanghai.

They will rest for 2 days before....

Fortress Palembang?

Post by koontz »

Jan 20-21, 42

Rather quiet days lately, KB is back at Fiji and will land the rest
of my forces at Nadi. A Sub put an fish into an CA.

Regarding Palembang allies has ~30k of men ~200 art and ~100 afv.
Is preparing 2 units of paratropper who will land west and north of Palembang, to
cut the supply.

Atm got 1 div there and some ART, 1 more div is on the way.
If needed gonna bring the Imperial guards +other froces when singers is my relam.

Important losses...

Post by koontz »

Lost all my fast moving AO So now I will have to rely
on thosse slow ones. Gonna divide them in 2 gropus with DD escorts.

They will mainly support operations in the SOPAC.

Regarding my use of the IJN subs I use 80% to hunt down enemy CV. Do not focus
mutch on convoyraiding. The other 20% I use for recon and minelaying enemy ports.

Pago pago will be my next target, thinking of taking Johnston Island.
Mainly cuz my foe is very aggresive initial.

Prep the area with alot of subs.

Also consider an strike aginst PH again, latest recon shows that its was only ~1k of soldiers there
but ive really doubt it.

Conculssion dividing the KB and set to follow seems to be the far best way
of compostion of the KB, even if takes up SCTF resources but again the CVs are the
most important ship.

Japanese losses

Seems that IJN losses after "the battle of fiji" is very low
an CVL and a CVE vs 3 USN CV.

Got an fresh CV TF with Akagi Who will follow up
just to be sure the USN CV stays dead, and sink some more
CAs and DDs.

And he thinks thats he have sank 4 CV/CVL. [:D]

The IJN losses from that battle is only an CVL and a CVE.

MHS Resolution now sleeps with the fishes west of Ceylon.

Depsite some heavy losses im feeling pretty confident, most likely will the IJN
rule the waves for quite some time.
