the last attempt to upload this failed, but i have figured out that my image file is 2.7 mb over so until i get this sorted out, anyone who would like this scenario can shoot me an pm and i'll send it to you via email. i'm hoping to have the image file reduced within the next few weeks time permitting.

have made a couple of adjustments to this. first, made it where towns only produce supply nothing else. So now the only locations which produce infantry and their support weapons are cities and the capital. Political points kept the same at 10 PP to create a fighting unit and 20 PP to creat a HQ unit. The only units which have a decent moral level to begin with are special forces units and airborne units. Also changed the basemoral to between 39-55 for each regime, but the units themselves still kept their fighting quality morale low. I will put these same adjustments into my Zaire scenario as well.

If a regime wants to build a tank factory, they will have to spend 200 PP points and have increased the cost of building the other factories as well. Thinking about extending the map inorder to show more of Burkino Fiso. Also changed the rebels name to Republic of Cote D'Ivorie ( historical) and gave them the Ivorian flag, same flag as the Government
