After Mogilev was empty of industry I railed into Mogilev 1 point from each of the U-2VS producing cities so that total production of the
U-2VS is at Mogilev so that after the city is captured the production of U-2VS's will stop. Good riddance. I can't imagine why anybody
would voluntarily fly those things. Maybe they didn't.

I managed to isolate a couple of Axis units. That's probably not going to happen all that often from now on. I have a sneaky suspesion
that the AI learns from it's mistakes.

I gave the 3rd VVS ( near Odessa ) some VVS kinds of planes, transports, U-2VS's. And some fighters for CAP duty. And a recon dude.

I managed to isolate a group of 6 Axis dudes. Maybe that'll slow them down.

I moved a bunch of planes to a bunch of other airports but I won't bore you with all the nit noy details. I ran completely out of AP's again
this turn. I've moved everybody. Here's the Soviet moves:

There's 3 of each industry I'd like to get moved someday in Odessa. Maybe next turn.

There was no combat in the Soviet half of the turn so I'm guessing that the losses screens below show the losses from all the interdiction
air strikes and the interception thereof.

I have less than 2/3 of the trucks I need. No wonder the low movement points sometimes.

When you're playing the AI you get presented with the losses screen whether or not you want to see it. And if you close the losses
screen you lose the number from the current turn. Kind of irritating. Sort of. Anyway, these are the losses as of the start of the Soviet
half of turn 3:

EDIT: I notice that I'm losing a lot of bombers for not a lot of effort and I'm thinking of retreating the bombers back to the NR and maybe deploying them after the Axis fighter menace has abated somewhat.

This is one of the westmost pockets. I have them headed west but it's only a matter of time before Elmer wakes up, discovers he has
intruders in his rear and does something about it. Or will he? Let's see.

Oh yeah........I haven't shown you the front lines yet. Well, here's the Axis turn 3 moves:

There's no industry in Minsk anymore so you're probably wondering why I'm still holding it. I have a single Rifle Division in the city, plus
an HQ for the division and I'm delaying two full Axis divisions from taking their place at the front lines. So far. I could probably make an
attempt to run for it but when I was playing FITE using TOAW the Soviet player made a point of holding onto the cities as long as
possible. It's just the principle of the thing for me. Part of the same reason I'm still holding onto Riga although that one has more the
reason to delay the Axis rail if possible.

Here's Riga now. I'm holding onto it by my fingernails but there's been no Axis rail repair dude show up yet......maybe he's taking a
different route to get to Leningrad. Time to do some recon by cursor to find the Axis rail that's been repaired and where it's not.

Here's the result of the recon by cursor. The pop-up shows the % damage to the rail in the hex so you can tell what's been recently
repaired, what's still damaged, and by the line of damage 1 hexes leading up to it, I'd say that anonymous Axis unit is probably one of
the FDB units. And it's headed for Riga.

There were some reinforcements that showed up around Leningrad so I thought I'd give them to the 8th Army and form a sort of front
line along the Luga River. Some of the divisions are depleted and are only shells. And the Axis units are getting closer and closer.
Will the divisions fill out in time? We'll see.

That Russian base in Finland, Hanko??...The units are frozen but the support units attached to the forts are not so get them out...

If you are lucky to break a pocket you may not get your units out but check to see if SUs can be assigned to Stavka...

I started against the AI using beta 40, giving the Germans an extra 10 points across the board...Germans seem to be moving quicker but HQs still unprotected and one of my units has crossed the Polish border heading for Warsaw...see how far it gets...

Of all the planes I have only 100 groups of them are in the NR.....mostly bombers that I'm holding back.
