Do you prefer 3D or 2D?

I'd play 2D but it's too small on modern screen resolutions.

I do the combat in 3D, and movement of replacements and placing units in 2D. The 2D mode (maybe for 3D as well) could use another zoom level, as it get's a bit small on current screens.

I've really learned to like the zoomed-out 2d view lately to check on the cohesity (sp?) of my troop organization.

It gives a realy nice overview of the battle map, when Highlight organizations is selected and I switch between the various levels of Commanders / HQs.

The battling itself I do almost solely on 3d zoom-in view. Movement often on 3d zoomed-out view.
