Well this was a disapointing turn.

In the north my 88 got of one shot before it was supressed by MG fire (failed to rally). Also I am growing a touch concerned about that hill as those inf just keep comming. Managed to pop a truck you left of the road and gun down a few inf but thats it.

In my back yard my attack on your commando's backfires as they stopped running and turned around to blast my truck to pieces. My PzIV's continued their attack on the matties but didn't managed to destroy any. They didn't suffer any casualties either thow.

Routed and killed a few of you inf still on that hill but theres more (sighs)

And I just realized I completly forgot my special ops!! Arg

Things are getting more interesting in the north, more PzIIIs showing up. Mattildas fail to destroy any.
That 88 wasn't suppressed enough

Things are turning sour in the south as well. Only one Mattilda isn't retreating and rallies to shoot back at the oncoming horde of panzers. With the help of a 25lber another tank crew is forced to bail. After the exchange the remaining Brittish tanks turn and run, exposing their flanks.

Your special ops are busy doging bullets and doing it well.
Hold still, dammit

This turn was much more productive.

In the north you lost 2 matties.

In the south my PzIV's contunied to hack at your matties , belive I scored some damage but no kills. Man those things can take a beating (well if you don't count 88's :p )

My special ops tore up that veh that was shooting them, I suspect it is less then fully operational now.

Overall I am somehow managing to hold the north thow I doubt it could take to much punishment. My southern advancement planes have been bogged down and it dosn't look like I will be homing in on your rear VH's anytime soon like I planed :(

In the north another matilda dies by 88 and a squad is hacked to pieces by a PzIII, but the Brittish forces are advancing.s-l-o-w-ly.

In the south two PzIV go poof, one by matilda, the other by 25lber. Something on the hill explodes as well when it gets hit by them.

Your spec ops chased that Moris nearly off the map
Mine silenced your howies for a while, with a little help. :)

Well what your heard go pop whit your art on that hill was a Pz2 actualy, and I might add one that had just arrived that turn on the sceen. Never fired a shot, you killed an innocent diplomat who was trying to make contact to give you generious terms for your surender.

Killing him has caused a no prisoners situation I am sorry to say, I cannot be held acountable for overt use of violence by my troops now.

In the south you lose another mattie thats about it.

In the north I lost a Pz3 to your mattie hiding in the woods that I forgot about.

And lastly something happened in the middle! I caught one of your inf ATG guys wandering a little to far from home. My men where so thrilled to actuly get to kill something I just couldn't say no to their next request , I am sure you will notice what it was.

Momentary lull in the fighting as troops reposition themselves.
Morris bumps into speccies again and is assaulted again.

There's something going on in the midfield, I can see several infantry squads and a pair of armored cars. Wonder what they're up to?

Well in the south you lose a veh. In the north nothing new to report. The first shot where fired at the middle VH's and you suffered some inf casualties. Thats about it.

Well, this one works better. Could be a glitch at either end. I think it's Windoze confusing itself with too many temp files.

Action seems to be shifting from the south to the middle. One of your ACs gets pounded by 60mm fire, forcing the crew to bail.
Artillery tubes are swinging round to respond to the new threat.

Meanwhile in the north, preparations are being made to take the hill. Should be doable, if that 88 near the map edge doesn't interfere.

Well first off I don't know what it was that you shot at the end of my turn but that was a mighty big boom on that hill side. Wish it would take a second and tell me what it hit ya know? But it flashy by to quick for me to know.

Anyhow in the south a PzIV and mattie trade blows but no substatial dmg was sustained. I am liking the fact they are imobalized, tubs will be target on them shortly, they are busy atm.
A few inf bit the dust in the south surrounded by PzIV's. You killed a Pz2 that tried to poke it's head out.

The middle , well I think you better have a few tricks up your sleeve, I killed an ATG and sniper and am working on the inf on top of the hill.

In the north nothing new to report besides that masive art blast at the end of my turn that I won't know the effect of till next turn.

Behind your lines my special ops make a daring charge.

One 8 inch shell tried to squeeze into an 88 mm tube :D

Those armored cars on the hill will be dealt with shortly, now that the wundergun is dead.
As for the approaching infantry, well, I hope they can ran faster than the howitzers can adjust their fire a bit to the south.
Further north an engineer squad gets eliminated, and several PZIII's are spotted on the hil. Not much infantry around anymore, so Matildas are once again moving forward.

In the south a MC squad is destroyed, and a PzIV damaged. Lost track of the remaining 2(?)

Your special ops will never make it. They're still around, but not for long.

That imobalized PzIV in the south bites the dust finialy to a mattie. Two PzIV's roll up on your 25's. The tank commanders will be shot if they live thru the next turn for failing to kill those guns at point blank rang.

The south hill is definitly mine now.

The north one of my PzIII's is castrated by your 2pder on top of that roof. Another barage of art was seen at the end of my turn. Dunno if my troops there are going to stick around to much longer after such a pounding.

My special ops are still there causing trouble :)

Germans have secured the south and have two PzIVs rampaging through the back field. However, one Matilda managed to get rolloing again and is now trundling after them. A bit to the northeast, German speccies are torn up some more.

In the north the counterattack slowly gains momentum, while in the centre the Brittish infantry falls back, attempting to lure the Germans forward...

In the south my PzIV's finsih off those guns. Being unable to push foward quiet yet they have manuvored back to try and keep those matties contained till art fire can be summoned on them.

Have no fear my forces in the middle have no need to go over the top of that hill and get chewed apart by your AA :p

In the north you are gaining momentom however unless you have another squad or a few more tanks at your disposal it is far from lost. A 2pder is taken out and a sapper squad encuraged to leave the area.

Are those PzIVs waiting for that Ammo truck?

It's not the AA you should be worried about, come a bit closer and I'll show you ;)
It's not that mortar that just blew up one of your funny things.

The 2pd is not dead, it scores three hits on your PzIII before it blows up. As for the rest, well, you're right. I'll see to it at once.

Still torturing speccies ;)
