And there you go boys and girls.

Stupid is as stupid does.

While I didn't understand how to do/use the formula for =E5+1 as Steve mentioned I did however go over my class #'s for the thousandth time only to discover that I cant count.

I missed 205

I will correct this when time permits and get back to you later.

Thank-You very much Steve.
I can now resume editing at will.

And please accept this as it is intended.............. Rackin/frackin @%*% GoD D@*^ SOB

FUDGE,I spent weeks looking at this ARRRRRGGGGHHHHHHH,I looked at everything for days, even before asking for Help.

Would that correction be under category "E" is and is currently set at 0-250?

Apologies for jumping in here, have only done very simple things to any of the campaign.txt that Platoon_Michael has shown me earlier and am interested in learning some of this other also.

Cathartes is right.
I forgot to change the axsteams# from 293 to 292.

It's all up and running now.

Now I just have the long daunting task of adding the new Soldiers/Vehicles/Weapons.

Excellent. Trust me, I know how it goes. While the game is highly moddable, it's not as forgiving as it could be. Perhaps one day we'll get a chance to make a "Close Combat Campaign Construction Kit" or something like that.

That would be really nice.

While not as great as a Program I've tried my best at Color Codding my workbook and by adding Images from both the ScrnGadg/GameGadg just to make it easier to figure out.
Some of it I even Hyperinked to the proper places.

Hello again,
What is the amount of strategic map movements that WAR can support?

1)How many per map?
2)How many as a whole for the entire strat map?

Thanks

I assume you mean how many connections between maps?

Each map can have 8 outgoing connections.

The total number of connections is limited to 128.

whenever time permits I would love to know the same for tLD and LSA.

For TLD and LSA it is the same -- 128 connection entries.

Note that a 'connection' in this sense is defined as one connection entry in Stratmap.txt, and applies both ways between two maps.  So if you have an entry in the connection list in Stratmap.txt like "0, 1" you have defined both a connection from map 0 to map 1 and also a connection back from map 1 to map 0.  So 128 is enough connections to support an 8 x 8 chess board sort of arrangement of the 64 maps.

Hello again,

Once again I'm trying to determine an error in my Mod.

I have 134 original Weapons that all work fine.Settings at Line/Line

I duplicated those weapons to allow for different characteristics when changing the settings (Recruit/Elite)
But I did NOT duplicate the Hard Codded Weapons.

Now with the settings changed to Recruit/Elite I don't get a graphic displayed for Weapon Info on the BG Screen.(Lower right corner)

But

If you remove that Team and re add that Team the Weapon Icons will show up as long as you don't highlight that Team.

I added these new weapons to be listed after the original weapons on the weapons page of the workbook.
I changed all the necessary Class #'s
They are now listed as weapon Class's 134-256

Here is the Team highlighted (Yellow boarder around Team) and Weapons Icons do not show up.

Remove that Team and re-add them back,But NOT selecting them (No Yellow boarder around Team)
The Weapon Icons are properly displayed.

Why?

The AI will reinforce automatically, but it has to be:

1) An operation or campaign.
2) The 2nd or later strategic turn.
3) The BG has a reinforcement count > 0 (from bgroups.txt)
4) The BG is very low on teams (less than 20-30)

I take it your saying change from 0 to 1 on the bgroups text?

Another question if you will please?
About the the score in the campaign text.

How exactly is the score being tallied?
VL's?
Kills?
Maps controled?
I would like to know how to use this to my advantage to make the Allies more aggressive.

Schrecken once posted that..............

2,2

1st number is the 1st turn of the 1st day

2nd number is the 2nd turn of the 1st day

and so on down the list

2,2

It is the expected Axis result at the end of each turn

2% axis v 98% allied.

If the Axis achieves better than this it will become more aggressive below and it will become more cautious.

Same for the allies if they achieve above 98% they will become more aggressive etc.

Historical Axis score for each turn of each day, one line per day.
# "Score" is a precentage of victory for the Axis. Allied score = 100 - Axis score.

The number is percentage of total VLs controlled.
