What's going on???

Gary Grigsby’s War in the East: The German-Soviet War 1941-1945 is a turn-based World War II strategy game stretching across the entire Eastern Front. Gamers can engage in an epic campaign, including division-sized battles with realistic and historical terrain, weather, orders of battle, logistics and combat results.

The critically and fan-acclaimed Eastern Front mega-game Gary Grigsby’s War in the East just got bigger and better with Gary Grigsby’s War in the East: Don to the Danube! This expansion to the award-winning War in the East comes with a wide array of later war scenarios ranging from short but intense 6 turn bouts like the Battle for Kharkov (1942) to immense 37-turn engagements taking place across multiple nations like Drama on the Danube (Summer 1944 – Spring 1945).

I think the game gives us way to accurate information about the enemy most of the time.

I would like to see a write up or a demonstration of your blizzard defense.

It is in the 3 AARs I have posted; A year at the front with Field Marshal NOOB, Another year at the front...., and my test game with Trey which is way back on page 9 of the AAR list.

I also wrote this guide to the 1.03 Blizzard:
tm.asp?m=2743692

The same principles still apply to 1.06, but now you have the benefit of lower attrition and more protection from entrenchemnt:

This was what my T25 set up looked like against gids, but I have not done an AAR. I rarely use FZs, but decided to experiment with them, but they were useless due to the lower entrenchment rates, they need to be in place for 10-12 turns before they make a difference.

Same area at the beginning of April. I lost fewer hexes in this game of any I have played.

This screen shot also gives a few clues to the set up I use for grinding attacks, but I don't want to give my current opponent too much information.
