Actually, I think the point being made was that the only moving capital ship sunk by bomb armed level bombers was the victim of "guided" bombs.:p

I would not try to change this for those of you who want to do it, but it would be nice to be able to turn this over to staff. I would accept the altitude "bands" as a comprimise.
