Decisive Campaigns: Case Blue Releasing Soon!

The development team behind the award-winning games Decisive Campaigns: From Warsaw To Paris and Advanced Tactics is back with a new and improved game engine that focuses on the decisive year and theater of World War II! Decisive Campaigns: Case Blue simulates the German drive to Stalingrad and into the Caucasus of the summer of 1942, as well as its May preludes (2nd Kharkov offensive, Operation Trappenjagd) and also the Soviet winter counter-offensive (Operation Uranus) that ended with the encirclement of 6th Army in Stalingrad and the destruction of the axis minor armies. With many improvements including the PBEM++ system, this is a release to watch for wargamers!

Hi Animaluk,

That's rare but it means that for some reason the payment information you entered didn't match the information that the store had or received from the payment provider. It can be because a credit card changed, or other account info was different, etc. It just means that the order is flagged so that someone in the store has to look at it before confirming it. Typically this takes a few minutes. If you don't receive a follow up with a download link within the hour, please let me know in an e-mail to at erikr@matrixgames.com and I'll make sure it gets cleared ASAP.

Regards,

- Erik

Hi DBeves,

We've run lots of tests over the past year and made many improvements and we are now getting great download speeds in our testing. Our downloads are now served from the Amazon Cloud, which is used worldwide for download services, including by companies such as Netflix. Odds are that if you are getting bad download speeds, it's something between your ISP and us on the internet rather than a problem with the store bandwidth.

Regards,

Hi DBeeves,

Are you using the download manager that was mentioned in this thread you created regarding Conflict of Heroes? tm.asp?m=3098987 I only get decent speeds from Plimus if I use that.

I get better speeds if I pause, then unpause, the download; then it speeds right up.

DBeves, have you forgotten the glory days of gaming just a few years ago? Back then everything was drive to the store and HOPE the game was there. Or, order online, NO DOWNLOADS, and wait for the post to arrive. Even slow downloads are better than the alternative.

Meanwhile, I will be enjoying the game while you wait.

I had over 2Mb/s. Was afraid it would be much slower, but I did buy it at 11am (pacific), so I probably missed the rush.
