Right. I'll give you lot a clue. I'm truncating the heck out of this image, lest it be a dead giveaway.

The holes have given it away! The "ship class" was a trick question obviously. It is of course a spaceship and the picture is an early version of The Tardis.

Well done CB, although you have to agree, you need to get up pretty early to get one past an old English gent.

Dear Warspite1,

Interesting guess, but no-I'm afraid you're wrong.

As for the need to get up pretty early to get one past Ye Olde English gents-that's because of the different time zones, isn't it? Thus, 1am our time (right early morning) would be something like 9am yours? By jove-you're right! I *would* have to get up early to do that!

Lastly, haven't you been on the Tardis' replacement? I always think of you when I think of Retardis.

Warm regards,

Chickenboy

Wow a "guess this" thread that isn't over in 5 minutes. I'm impressed.

I'm no expert on the minutiae of ships, so I'll leave the guesses to the old salts.

It looks like the Mock up cruiser in the photo's at the Fredricksburg Naval Museum. So technically it's not a real cruiser.[:D]

So you are saying that's a real honest to God warship? Then I'll guess a MSO. [:D]

The picture that I cropped is from a real honest to God warship. What's an MSO?

SS Meteor?

I realize this isn't a "warship", but it appears you took those pics...and this ship is close to you..
Life is tough. The sooner you realize that, the easier it will be.
