Here you go I noted that it is impossible to add all the different versions of vehicles. Even the French AMX10RC for example should have minimun of 3 different entries for the severall upgrades...
If your fav tank is rated to low don´t curse, but try to provide sources that it should be better - maybe we can assemble a file which is even better and could be tested with a) the AA patch and/or b) the upcoming 3.5 version. Only a few Russian and German stuff is tested from this file.
You can D/L it here (just added a hidden site to my SB site lol):

CHANGES and ADDITIONS to the source file I obtained from a not anymore remembered source (thanks to the creator of the basic file!)
V1.1
a) INF:
- added:
BGS squad, combat eng squad, "modern" recon & EW & signal teams
- changed:
SMG sq AP slightly lowered (they are only usefull normally in close combat)
Light rifle sq, basic SMG sq & basic eng sq now have 0 AA value (they dont carry weapons that can combat planes or even helis)
b) GUNS:
- added: AGL, heavy sniper, Carl Gustav rcl, Oto mountain gun (can be dissambled and carried by men or mules and also dropped by parachute loads, widely in use by Nato), 105mm light gun (lightweight but capable modern gun also air dropable, US&UK main users), 155mm FH 70, future weapon: 120mm dual auto mortar
- changed:
ER&LR guns now have slightly lower AP than their "normal" range cousins
AT guns now have slightly lower AP values cause anti infantry was not their main MOO
RCL rifles have also low AP for the same reason and also their main effect was HEAT which is not that effective against personal
Over 155m guns now have a bit higher AP than in orig eqp (even if their ROF is low, their huge shell should make up a bit of that downside)
c) SP GUNS
- added:
Severall - too much to write it down. Future weapon: 120mm dual SP auto mortar, LR versions of French cesar & German PZH 2000
- changed:
While older standard SP guns still have the same range&SP value than their drawn counterparts - modern SP guns have much higher AP, examples: PZH2000, AS90, AU-F, Paladin, 2S19...(better FC, auto loaders, better ammo...)
d) ROCKETS:
- added: Severall - too much to write it down.
- changed:
MLRS, BM9, LARSII....have high AP values due to their deadly effects with submunitions, AT&AP mines etc.
- Note:
ATGMs values are partly guesswork and most values have simply been overtaken from orig file.
e) AA
- added: Only a few like the 20mm RH dual gun, all other entries taken over from orig.
- changed:
Most AA values higher now, but that was done before the AA patch (or the future 3.5 of course), so these values should be tested and revised in the future if possible.
75mm - 130mm AA guns have now lower AP&AT values cause their main job was to shoot at aircraft, however there were some AA gunes that exelled in the AT role (88mm!) but in the modern database these are not relevant anymore, cause their role was taken over by AA missiles. So only a few of these heavy AA guns are left to use in scenarios in the late 40s and 50s when some of these were still used widely.
For lighter auto AA guns this is not true - they are as deadly vs. personal as in WW2. 35mm, 40mm & 57mm guns are the best here. And of course SHILKA [&o]
- Note:
AAGMs values are partly guesswork and most values have simply been overtaken from orig file.
f) RECON:
- added:
Fuchs Rasit and not much more cause orig seemed to have quite enough modern stuff
- changed:
Amphibs now should have all the "amphib" trait

Wiesel now has "airdrop" trait
- Note:
Recon vehicles with ATGMs values are partly guesswork and most values have simply been overtaken from orig file. However a few AT points have been added to some cause they have eg. 20/25/30 mm guns plus missiles. Before only the missile AT was counted it seems.
g)APCs:
- added:
Fuchs, Marder "late" (it has now much more armor for ops in close terrain, guerilla warfare and cities - A´stan etc - but therefore loses the "agile" trait due to more weight), there were already "hundreds" APCs in orig, so not much to add.
- changed:
More modern versions of vehicles with the same gun, have now higher AP kill cause of better FC&ammo and faster gunlaying too.
- Note:
APCs,ICVs with ATGMs values are partly guesswork and most values have simply been overtaken from orig file. However a few AT points have been added to some cause they have eg. 20/25/30 mm guns plus missiles. Before only the missile AT was counted it seems.
h) AT VEHICLES:
- added: NUTTIN´[:'(]
- changed:
Some values "harmonized"......
- Note:
See above.
i) TANKS
- added: Some "export" versions. In case of eg. AMX30 and LEO1 these are better or the same than their national conunterparts. Eg. Danish or Canadian LEO1s were upgraded considerably. (for A´stan or the Balcans). In case of T72 these are a bit weaker, eg. Iraq T72s were worse than the Russian orig. ones. Worse FC&ammo and no reactive armor.
Future weapons: Fujet I&II (Future Joint European Tank). This is spoken in French language btw.[:)]
Fujet I is a fast, powerful tank hunter with a secondary recon role.It can fight its way to gain valuable recon so is heavily armed with AT weaponry but has not as good AP values.
Fujet II is a combination of SP gun and tank. It´s main use is against insurgency infantry. Its armor is second to none in this database. Therefore its slower and not very agile. It has fearsome killing power vs. personal and even can shoot indirect fire up to 12km. Also can shoot down helis
- changed:
All values (of Nato&WP stuff mostly) revised on following basis: Western armor&ammo a bit better, eastern HEAT rounds in the 70s better, modern tanks gain AP&AT points due to better FC&ammo, also the AP value is a bit higher for heavier and dangerous looking tanks ("tank painc"!!!) than simply their gun&MG armament. AMX30 has 20mm gun so also a bit more AP points. Tanks with heavy MG on turret get a bit more AP&AA then tanks with only medium MG.
- Note:
AT values are guesses sometimes cause modern technology is still not almost proven vs. other tanks, but against personal. Armor values sometimes guesses too, for the same reasons as these info is classified anyway.
j) SHIPS (not touched!)
k)HELIS:
- added: none
- changed+questions:
Transport helos had much too high AP value. They might have 1 or 2 MGs. No idea why these values were so high in the 1st place.
Some AP values need to be researched more, I think (iirc) that eg. Gazelle or BO105 should not have AP values at all. Cause they only had the AT missiles but no MG or auto cannons etc. These are also light helis so should not even have room and engine power to hoist cannons, rockets etc. vs. personal. These were pure AT helis imo. But maybe someone can look this over and suggest changes!? Also noted they have the "light transport" trait - questionable ?
- Note: Same as above for AT missile armed helis.
l) PLANES:
- added:
Tornado ECR, Phantom F4F+ (German update in the 90ties)
- changed:
Tried to revise and harmonize some values, but think it´s better to a) wait untill the patch and b) it should be done by military aviation experts
- Note:
I saw that all AP values of the planes are very low, maybe for gameplay reasons ?
