I have made changes to the conditions for these new units. In a nutshell they cost you nothing, no upkeep, no manpower other than when you repair them after combat, plus they cannot be upgraded with new tech advances.

So far I have completed 14 different countries, Home Guard / Small Garrison units to use in game, I will complete the remainder off the countries within the next seven days![;)]

I thought I had completed all Countries, but I missed Arabia, well not any more Arab Small Garrison done.

Also while I was doing art for Arabia, I noticed that there was not any art for Garrison Units, so I have done them as well now!

Thanks! I have also noticed for the first time, that Arabian units did not have sound files allocated to them, I have rectified that now as well, I'm a busy busy bee don't you know.[:D]
