Stuck on this widow since ten minutes.
Should we mark it as a bug?
The match to be marked as viewed was a 2.01 one.
I had to force close the app (ctrl+alt+canc) to continue.

Hi Capn Darwin,
after the patch looks like everything is ok.
Do you still need another pbm.sav?

Radagy,

Let me make sure I understand what you are saying.
1. Making a new PBEM++ game works with the same person the it crashed on before?
2. You can load a new PBEM++ game from the same person as before?
3. In both cases above you are running with your Italian OS settings?

If all is working right there should not be a PBEM.sav file on your machine. If there is a new file, can you take a screen shot of the folder window showing it? Assuming this is a PBEM++ game and not a standard PBEM game.

Thanks for you help!

1) Yes
2) Yes
3) yes

In my folder there are no pbem.sav, just .pbem from email games and .sav from games against the AI(the pbem.sav was a mistake on my part).

Some of the best news we've had in the past few days. Thanks for all of your help. We may have to tell everyone to start fresh with 2.01 if they had localization crashes with the release.

Are you still getting hung up on the one screen when you view? Can you view these new games okay?

Thanks again for your help in all of this!

I got stuck when I pressed the "View" button on a completed match.
Now, as you can see, the "View" button on that same match is greyed out.

Now I'm experiencing some troubles with the "replay" function durin PBEM++.
I Think I'm always missing something and that the report is not complete.
May be it's just a matter of my settings.
More on this later if the problem persists and I find out it doesn't depends on me.

Do I understand right that pre-2.01 PBEM games with the floating point error cannot be continued? How to get rid of theses games in the PBEM++ overwiew?

Another question. I can uncheck "Also show resigned games" and this will be remembered by the programme after a new start. But unchecking "Also show completed games" does not work this way, the box is alway checked after starting the game. Any way to have this unchecked permanently?

It's a feature I would like to see in the next patch. Right now you can't check that box permanently.

I just accepted your challenge at Test of Wills. Let's meet on the battlefield [;)]
