The 2.02 should go up today. It's a bit of a process to get all the files on our end zipped up. Then it goes to Matrix who puts together the update installer and sends it back to us to verify it works and has all the right stuff in it. In the cases of 2.02 we had a couple of files mismatched that needed to be fixed. Once it gets a green light they have to get it on the FTP and also set the updater to the new file.

So hopefully its in your hot little hands today.

Just tried running the update.exe in my install folder and it worked! [:)]

I did get a Windows firewall popup asking to unblock something (beginning with T..) - does that help?

Radagy, did 2.01 work? Also check your AV software and make sure it isn't blocking the FTP site.

I didn't get any pop up, but following Battlebritain's advise I temporarily deactivated Windows Firewall. Now the update works.

Is the patch going to be put on the product downloads page soon? I haven't been able to use the auto updater on any of my Matrix games for years. When I switched from dial-up to Verizon Wireless for high speed they all quit working.

Thanks wodin but that's not it. Matrix tried to help me a long time ago but nothing worked. I really think that it's a Verizon thing.
