HTTR & Greek Scenarios: Clarification Please

Command Ops: Battles From The Bulge takes the highly acclaimed Airborne Assault engine back to the West Front for the crucial engagements during the Ardennes Offensive. Test your command skills in the fiery crucible of Airborne Assault’s “pausable continuous time” uber-realistic game engine. It's up to you to develop the strategy, issue the orders, set the pace, and try to win the laurels of victory in the cold, shadowy Ardennes.
Command Ops: Highway to the Reich brings us to the setting of one of the most epic and controversial battles of World War II: Operation Market-Garden, covering every major engagement along Hell’s Highway, from the surprise capture of Joe’s Bridge by the Irish Guards a week before the offensive to the final battles on “The Island” south of Arnhem.

My new habit will be to save the scenario file name after I identify the map file name as a "just in case."

That's what I had to do and actually all my converted maps have their respective scenario converted as well.

In the Estab folder I have these Estab files:
BFTBEstab.coe/.xml
Holland44-45Estab.coe/.xml
NormEstab.coe/.xml

I think that two of them comes from custom scenarios that I installed months ago. If I want to be sure that everything will work correctly after a beta patch has been installed, I just have to open and save each of these estab?

It's safe to assume if the BFTBEstab.xml file date is more recent than BFTBEstab.coe file date, the XML file contains new information that hasn't been compiled into the .coe format yet.

If, by chance, the compiler doesn't overwrite the .coe it means something in the .xml cannot be used to compile a new .coe and needs to be fixed.

Take care,

We won't have to mess around like this if Matrix gets the patch up. Any ETA, Dave?

Many thanks for all the helpful information, and especially pointing that out. When I saved the Estab file, I didn't realized that it had to be compiled. There were errors compiling the two custom estabs, the Editor indicated that they were converted from version 3 to 4. So, I supposed they are too old to be playable with the latest version. Anyway, it's not a big deal as I didn't play them yet.
