Question?

Piercing Fortress Europa is a new game from veteran game designer Frank Hunter, which covers the campaigns of the Western Allies from July, 1943 through the end of April, 1945 in Sicily and Italy. Each area has its own map and time scale to best represent the campaigns for Sicily and Italy and the player is offered complete freedom, limited only by a historical order of battle and logistics model, to plan his operations and explore all of the many “what ifs” that the Italian theater has to offer.

It seems to be a pretty clean title. At least there is not much going on in the Tech Support Forum! I wish that there were more feedback from AAR's. But I guess that I'll need to take the plunge and make up my own mind on it!!!

tombo,

"2. How is the air strength/combat loss figured during a turn? Theres no report to review? i.e. Air superiority?"

Do you mean the determination of air superiority? The Allies have far more air points so its pretty easy for them to get air superiority. In essence the air points on superiority fire at each other, losses are removed and the side with superiority can perform other missions. The losses are posted the following orders phase on the Air Orders form.
