I would be doing the same job as I learnt, watchmaker/clockmaker. Without our knowledge Britain would not have ruled the Seas.

The 'professional' trades, I reckon. Horse tender, shepherd or other animal husbandry-related profession. Nothing glamorous.

Cabin boy or quartermaster here...that's considering I was born in a coastal city unlike real life, where my birth State didn't even exist until the 19th century.

Realistically... probably a dog crap gatherer for a tanner [8|] or a hanger-on at court, pretty much the the same thing [:'(]

I think I would have like to have been a Priest. Priest like meat sacrifices and you know good and well they didn't let those cooked animals of sacrifice goto waste. From what I've seen Priests are pretty well fed. How many skinny priests have you ever seen?
