Hmm, I'm a big fan of this game, but I'm not sure that this particular expansion is really of interest to me. Nothing screams "must have!" to me.

I'm just not seeing it.

If I buy it, it will only be for the written manual.

The big draw for me is the increased modding support. I'm looking forward to diving into that myself and seeing what the community comes up with.

Honestly i only have one question about Universe. Are you going to make it so we can set population policies in individual races rather all of them at once?

For example, I have a planet with Humans, Gizureans, and Ketarovs. In this situation, what i want to be able to do is Set Assimilate to the Humans and Ketarovs and Execute the Gizureans. I can't understand why this feature was never done this way or fixed.
