I find you hilarious. I promise[:)]

Just do us a favor and keep the funnies out of anything troubleshooting related. We just want to do our thing and fix stuff.

Hello Everyone,

I've updated the 1.04 patch. Looks really good guys......

I now have tried to upload this Build and not successfull. It still shows Build 554.
I have it in winzip and sending it to the Command folder. It seems like its not going.
Can someone help me out. Much appreciated

Thanks

Save of brass drum which has locked up on me 4 or 5 times, seems to be related to changing time compression from my observations (which maybe totally off the mark lol)

I am sorry I cannot post a save of my issue. When it happens, the game slows to a crawl and then my entire computer locks up. My mouse cursor moves but it doesn't "highlight" anything when I hold it over an object on the desktop. I can't compress the game, nor can I shut down the computer short of a hard re-boot. I will wait for the next version before I play again.

No need to be sorry at all mate! With a game of this complexity its easy to see how every little tweak can have an effect on something else and so on and so forth lol

I don't know if this will help or not, but it's possible it is something else in your system that is not getting along with Command. If you don't already use it, I would recommend Ccleaner--it is a swiss army knife of system tools and one of them is a tool for cleaning your Windows registry of nonfunctional links, etc. I would also recommend Malwarebytes and Superantispywhere. They all have free editions (Malwarebytes is a bit aggressive now about "reminding" you that you can upgrade to a premium edition, but you can ignore the reminders). Since they're all free, and it doesn't hurt to scan your system for malware, etc., I would just download them all and run them.

Another possibility is to use an earlier Restore point. Pick one from before the time you switched to the build that was giving you trouble.

And, of course, you could just reinstall the program. I mean the whole program. Like start with reinstalling version 1.0 and then reinstall version 1.04. It's possible the problem is some bit of code that did not install properly the first time.

These are all probably longshots, but maybe one of these will fix the problem.

I hope this helps.

Sounds good!

I'm assuming 571 is the build your currently working on?
