In my PBEM game, I had a major Japanese SURF TF chase PT boats into Bataan [:@] Needless to say this did not end well for the Imperial Fleet . This was in late Dec '41 too.

So we just started over. We could have just as easily backed up a turn, but we both had made some other bad moves so starting over seemed to be the right thing to do.

So things can happen that have nothing to do with a particular hex or a 'no go' system. How was I to know my BB TF was going to go wild and steam full steam ahead to try and kill off some PT boats? The game is going to do what the devs programed it to do. The ONLY way this will change is if someone wants to put the time and effort into a new version of the game (which I have not seen anyone to date willing to lead such a project), none of these 'requests' will ever see the light of day. As well intentioned as they may be.

To me it is like complaining about the weather. It may make you feel good about expressing your frustrations that it is not the weather you want, but complaining is not ever going to change the way the weather is [:(]

I certainly understand where you are coming from Numdydar, but in truth I think the developers are much more responsive than you give them credit for. They have made changes thanks to input, maybe not HUGE changes, but they have incorporated some suggestions and "tweaks". My suggestion appears to be more than a tweak however so it might not go anywhere but I did think it worth putting out there. By the response, I would suggest that the discussion has been useful, at least to me in understanding just what might go into what I originally saw as a relatively easy thing to "fix"!

And pontiouspilot, what is a "psuedo human"? From Psuedoland???
