How did you get good at SPWAW

SPWaW is a tactical squad-level World War II game on single platoon or up to an entire battalion through Europe and the Pacific (1939 to 1945).

I know I'm good,but I also know I'm not the best.

I would rather play someone who is better,more fun.

How many real casualties did someone say it took to train a French Marshal in the 1st war, 10,000 I think? Well I'm on my way. Not near enough to be considered "good" by those that are but I have fun. My condolences to all the electronic grunts I have had zapped since I started with Squad Leader and through SPWAW, sooo long ago.
