Nothing happy to report.
US forces continue to spread out and attack Ge forces.
AT guns make a valiant effort at taking out an M4, but that armor is just too thick (not really, the guns are just too far away) and some infantry mix it up here and there.
GE forces are settling in to defensive positions and waiting for targets!

US forces continue to advance up this long road, cleaning up my poor GE units as he goes.
US forces are advancing on an AT/AA installation:(
Defending GE units manage to take out a 50 cal jeep, M3 HT, and a M3 Scout (I love those things, nothing mops up infantry better!)
Pockets of GE forces are here and there, and the US is concentrated as they advance up the road......gonna be a tough one for the Reich!

Hmmm.
M4 skipped his AAR (slacker, just like his forces!) but let me summerize his turn:
US forces spent most of their time sucking their thumbs and wishing they had cool tanks like Tigers. They did manage to take out an observation post (only took 2 hellcats, a chaffee and a few infantry squads....)
Now, my German defenders only managed to kill a greyhound and put a hole in the turret of a chaffee. AT weapons are having issues this turn:( and missing alot...
I imagine US forces will now begin focusing up the road at the next defensive structure - an AT pillbox.
I checked, and my at pillbox has 7 kills!
Do any of your units have as much?:p

We're not bad, just misunderstood
Come out into the open and I'll prove it.
I wont shoot.
Really....
AT gun takes out a Hellcat, and an ever deadly crew is taken out.
Most of my AT gun crews are starting to get a little worried and are considering running off
But the pill box is still strong!:D

GE units are scrambling to defent the fatherland!
A Chaffee and Ht are picked off this round, but I am sure they will be replaced by twice that this round....
The road is clogged with US units awaiting to get into action - and there is nothing I can do about it!! They just keep on coming and are showing up everywhere!
GRRRRRRRRR:mad:
Scenarios drive me nuts - never have what you want and what you do have is never where you want it!!!
Oh well, making the best of it!
It has been costly for the M4 parade to this point!!:D

I will re-name my north/south road to Mr. Beam road as all my GIs need Mr. Beam to even think about following a order to "advance"
I smoke the bridge and kill a few Inf. I spot the killer 50mm to the west in a barn and take it under fire!
did you say....."Jackson"????:D

Well sir, you are in the Fatherland and the residents would do not appreciate your presense, let alone any sort of advance. Feel free to F9 and go home......
Any how, GE defenders pick off an HT and miss a whole lot of shots....
More US smoke falls on the bridge (hmmmmmmmm do ya think M4 might try crossing on there???) while GE units still try to put up something worth calling a defense.
Ge at guns are finally begining to route, and even the bunkers are nervous busy looking for clean undies. Good news is a few armor units get into the action, not doing anything more useful than wasting rounds but at least they feal like they are participating. Good for team moral and all......I guess...
A few reinforcements arrive.......
did you say........."Tiger"????:D
