I've tried all fixes from this thread and nothing works.
I am currently in contact with helpdesk and have been for a few days.

I have been playing with the same problem, thinking it was strange that the other picts shown in the forum always looked bigger. Now I will be looking forward to the patch. When will we see this upcoming patch?
