Judging the update concerning the Kickstarter board game conversion, it looks like this design has more or less been scrapped. So I definitely would not hold my breath for any upcoming changes to the game.

If this game is being superceded by a brand new version, and this game is now going to be totally abandoned ,then I see no reason why we can't be told what programme is required to open the data files so that modders like me can improve this little gem of a game, its truly a shame this game is being left on the shelve to wither and die when its a great game that needs only minor changes made.[;)]

seems part and parcel of the times we live it atm, and the games we all love and like to play, lack of funding put another one on hold, then opens a door to another, such is life and the way it now seems to be, like it or lump it, it's something that happening more often than not in well all forms or life, so to carry on, we either support, or don't play, for me it's not an issue, as i see everything in the longer term, so what comes out now or later, if fine for me, as long as later isn't never at all.

Because of the way things are going, I hardly buy PC games now. Instead, I play my older games more often than I did, and have started buying board games again.

They seem to be making good progress on the board game at least, so hopefully that will free up some time to look at patches to this game.

They should do. It is the decent thing to do.
