That is VERY strange. I always have to move the Hudsons out of PM because they ALWAYS fly off and pummel the MSW at Rabaul even with poor experience and poor moral and sky high fatigue committing suicide.
I seem to have found the right stuff to get this working now. I have many groups of bombers now, and some do indeed now Naval attack TF's in Rabaul. Also lots of escorts, and the japanese are running out of other targets to supply my forces. Maybe it was happening before and I didn't notice. Thanks.
