Thanks for all the initial help guys, having a blast with it.

Lost my first coral sea attempt, then won second play through as allies.

Just finished first thousand mile war attempt with a draw, despite taking both bases and sinking a carrier, about to start a new attempt, again as allies. So much to learn! Think my air loses are what got me on the first attempt, plus I didn't use any political points to change leaders.

Planning to at least start Guadalcanal, but may dive in to a full game, might be more fun if I'm not fully up to speed with everything!

Defo want to dip my toes in pbem, probs in the new year.

Anyway just wanted to say thanks, this game has a great community, helps justify spending more than I normally would on a game. Anyone considering getting this I'd say go for it!
