Sweet looking stamp... man civilization has really gone to the dumper over the last 20 years. Well one more... so close, so far. I can almost taste the first turn.

Ohhh, I'll play Brits / France if someone wants Germany / I-talains. Whatever to get a game going.

I think Bombur is up for the British and French. Everyone does need to know the version we are using so they can update. All we need is a drop box opened and invitations to join sent out I can do that and then we are good to go.

A full cadre! Nice. Ouch, now I feel the pressure of being Axis against you seasoned vets. I'll give me all to offer a competitive game. Larry is gonna' get sick of me asking him for advice...

I doubt I'll get sick. Maybe frustrated but not sick. Not the world's best teacher here. But I did teach the Virginia State Chess Champion in 1974 how to play Chess. I welcome lots of communication. I live alone with only a cat to keep me company and she doesn't talk that much--except to say FEED ME, Play with me, pet me...

Put the version we are playing with in the DROPBOX--Please.

It said I got an invite to drop box but then nothing. I have had this problem before. Could you send the invite again?

Hahah Larry... I know the feeling sort of: 3 kids, a dog, a cat, and a wife means high volume of "I need". My cat is more vocal then my kids at times. Sadly, we lost his brother a few weeks back, so it's quieter now... funny how you dearly miss the pestering when they are gone.

Nice, teaching a chess champ! Love chess, but i'm meh at best. My friend growing up had a 2250 board rating and beat the hell out of me until he finally got bored and I cried no mas. I'm better now--a little bit, but he was amazing. Yes, unlike the real WW2 we will be a coordinated front... we'll need it against this rogues gallery of ringers!

Twotribes is shown as a member of Dropbox I have created a old turns folder but that's all there is in the folder until the Deadly Germans and the I'm a fascist but I am only doing it as a fashion statement Italians place the first turn in the folder. If Bombur can drop the version of GD1938 that he would like us to use into the folder we are good to go.

Axis was evil as hell, but they were very snazzy dressers... wicked with an artistic flare... and their leaders could pose with the best of them.

I believe that dropbox doesn't let you see empty folders. As soon as someone writes anything in it, even a text document, it will become available...

OK ArmouredLion if you go to VR Designs http://www.vrdesigns.net/scenario.php?nr=151 and down load this version GD1938 v.2.23s and we can get the game started. Germans and Italians are the first to play Good Luck.

Okay thanks, sir. Gl to all.

I put AAR folders in the main folder. Inside are individual nation folders for screenshots ad such. If you want you can put a simple text file in their with any youtube vids you find relevant, if that floats your boat. I'll clean them out and take the contents and put them on my comp. to save space. I'll create the AAR on the forum. Let's keep that clean of chit chat and use this for communication outside AAR's. I'll begin producing vids as monthly (game time) roundups (or passing over a coupe of months in the early stage as it's slow to start) and post them on the website and link on the AAR. I'd like to know things like Generals that lead major battles--Generals getting sacked too, screenshot of major battles, new equipment entering the era, ect. It will all add flavor and put color and bring glory to your nation. I have OCD and German ( that might be redundant), so this will be balls to the wall in this attempt at a documentary--all help (critique) is appreciated. Figure, I'll start publishing them after a couple of months of game time as I need to find a flow with the AAR's I'm receiving and stylistic ironing out. I hope you enjoy the documentary.

Also, I believe the VC of this is the new VC's? One member of the team wins the whole team wins... am I correct?

PS. Tom is great at trying to create historical unit and such... I remember reading it on the forum. I could use all the wisdom to try and create a nice visual... no one is required to do any of this BTW. I'll fill in the gaps. The key for this one is fun, fun, fun... and for Axis to win.

The German OOB is readily available if you can spare the time to change the names on the unit, and add the psychotic men in black.

Yes if the house rules are followed then its what it says on the tin Axis and Allies, I can certainly give a list of generals I have demoted they will be on the obituary columns of Pravda.

Just let me know if i should click domestic research or not... not sure. And from what I'm told you need to purge twice to make sure you've got every traitor to the state.
