Mine came today. I like the 'matt' finish to the hard cover - different to the other 'glossy' manuals.

I have to say I am loathe to buy any game going forward without a hardback option. Very nice indeed Matrix [:)]

I guess I don’t understand the shipping delay. I ordered it on the 11th and I was expecting it to have at least been shipped by now (to Canada).

OK an email to the Matrix/Slitherine support squad cleared up some stuff...
Not shipped due to a bad address... Yeah I live in a backwater suburbia where mail has to be picked up at the post office and the new Fedex/Smartpost system still needs improvement. Now they have three options to send it to... Home, POBox or my job.

Just got my manual today. [:)]
Really happy with the quality of it. Shipping up here to Canada was quite pricey but it's really nice to be able to flip through the book while playing.

Hi,

Not sure where to best post this (and if anyone from Matrix Games is reading this) since it's related to the TOAW physical manual (but not related to any delay):

It would be great if Matrix' fulfillment provider that ships out the manuals could improve the packaging of them - I recently received the TOAW manual and the (physical) manual of DC: Barbarossa (as a gift for a friend) and both (which came in two separate shipments) had corners smashed/squeezed due to the fact that there was only a simple layer of bubble wrap around the book in a box that was WAY too large so that the book was constantly moving within the box during transfer. The manuals are still "usable" but since I'm pretty careful with my stuff and care for it, this breaks my heart and substantially affects my enjoyment of the respective item.

Thanks!

Mine was held back at DHL Portugal from 27 December until yesterday due to an incomplete address.

The funny thing is that in the notification mail and in the DHL site the address was correct...[:@]

Greetings from Poland - Boxed version ordered on Dec. 11, 2017 (my beloved wife planned to make a Christmas gift for me). DHL International was the only option for my address on the end of the world.
E-mail from Matrix Games with confirm of purhasing boxed copy, the key and download link received the same day.
Downloaded version works fine.
No boxed version till now...
Any "Cast Away Case" for DHL reported?
