After a long search in books and Internet, I have collected the following oob the German side with structure and staffing.[center][/center]

The defense of Marseilles was defeated by the Grenadier Regiment 932 whose HQ was stationed in Marseille-St.Antoine.
They were reinforced with parts of receding Grenadier regiments 933 from Aubagne and 934 from Col de l'Agne.
