All upgrades 'off' with the one production 'on'.

As you may see there's no way to go back to R&D.

So anyway, my point is I can't be the first one to try something like this, and I was wondering about the whole thing. Looks to me like a 'bug' if I can't just select one of the R&D sites to go immediately to production. Of course there may be another explanation. Anyone have any insight as to what is happening in this instance?

Well, now we know my suggestion to set upgrade to 'NO' does not solve the problem. ALL production must be set to 'NO' for that one turn, allowing changes to be made BEFORE the aircraft goes into production. Won't make that mistake again.
