McBride's Scenarios - Converted / Updated

I had asked him back in 2011 if I could fix some things in his Braunschweig scenario and he gave permission but with several stipulations.
But he also stated that he "almost never given permission to have my work altered". In the case of the Braunschweig scenario he seemed to allow me to fix things because he worked on something bigger called "Drang nach Asien" that would cover much more than Braunschweig did and would basically replace it. A pity that this scenario never seems to have been released.

So maybe there is a chance that he allows fixes if something is clearly broken. Not sure if he would allow changes of such minor nature like in post 1 as these do not look like something broken is to be fixed, anyhow asking is always a try worth.
