You have to log in to your Matrix Account at Matrix Games (https://www.matrixgames.com/) and then go to "My Page" and then "My Games" from there select WarPlan and then select "File Downloads" and you'll find the downloads its really very simple.

I think you also have to register the serial # right?

Do you have two firewalls or anti-virus on your computer?

Yes i went through all this with Matrix and cannot get on they told me to access it by another source but its no good downloading onto my phone.
