Nope, all I see is the DD Solidata which is level II

BB Iowa can not be built by US. It is in the Japanese builds as I mentioned earlier.

I cannot seem to unzip this or the other scenarios from the bank, should I try winzip and what folder should they go in ??[&:]

You should use the tool in the game itself. It is on the first menu you see. It will put itself into the relevant folders, and you should have no trouble running them, if you've done so. (Unless of course you are running a version of ATG that is older than the mod).
