funny enough, I just noticed this 'airframe' fatigue today. it appears to have nothing to do with pilot fatigue levels. YAHOO! I have another thin to drive me nuts!

In the game, how do you transfer the planes by crane?

You have to be able to dock to unload. If the ship you picked to carry the planes is too big for the port you're shipping from or to you're wasting your time. Unloading will take a day. Loading, on the other hand is instantaneous. Dock the ship, go to load troops, click on "load troops only" then select the squadron. Et voila! it's loaded. Undock and order the ship to make way. Stealthy. No enemy air will be able to attack the ship while it has planes aboard if you can get out of range in a day. Never forget to click on "load troops only". If you do, click on "cancel loading" as the planes will be aboard and you don't need the supplies.
