Does v1.02 Update (Build 1147.13) need to be loaded after a specific previous update or does it include all previous updates?

It is cumulative, it has everything included in past updates.

Active Radar Seeker -- HQ-9B

Thank you for adding that finally!

Although, it would be closer to the real thing if this didnt just apply to the land-based SAM but also the naval SAM as well, for the 052C/D/055 Destroyers/Cruiser have no seperate FCR identified that are operating in the band required to guide TVM/SARH SAMs. Even the C-band portions of the S-band Type 346A/B AESAs are only used for missile downlink like the SPY-1, and not for target illumination.
So, HHQ-9 = HQ-9B capability-wise essentially.

Thank you for the feedback guys; please post any issues in the tech support forum with an appropriate save file for us to look into.

I know it seems persnickety but issues have a history of getting buried in these threads; we have finite dev time and would prefer to allocate it to resolving issues systematically rather than monitoring every individual message on the forum.

Thanks again for the kind words above!

Just as a heads up, FFG-62 is actually named Constellation and not Agility. The class of ships will be the Constellation class.

Hello All,
Is there a way to update this manually, I keep getting the following Error: Update Intormation for Command Modern Operations could not be downloaded. Please contact Matrix Games for help.

Thanks

Have you tried going to the My Page section of Matrix and downloading it there?

Ok, I downloaded the installer from MYPAGE but when I run it as the Administrator it tells me I have to have V1.02 installed prior to running it. So far this has been a nightmare.

Thanks
Andy

PS. Got it sorted

Just in case, just install the main install file, not the update file.
