Personally, I like using a mix of medium and light or recon titans. Mediums are big enough to carry everything you'll need, if not everything you want. Lights can carry enough to get by, and inflict a passable amount of damage. Recons can't generally carry the heat-reg needed for most weapons, and an engine big enough just for one beam -- srm4, ac4, machine guns and/or CC weapons are your best bet imho.

All this talk about everyones titan is making my head explode.

Having been sold this game by some of the veterans of this forum/game I can`t wait any longer. How long is it before I can get my hands on it..?

June 16th is still the release date as far as I know.

Then let's just hope that Matrix gets the online shop back up by then...

Would be a bit of a letdown, all those eager customers and no way to burn our money on TOS.


IIRC, someone mentioned a european distributor...any news on that? Though I have no problems ordering stuff from the US, customs are usually a hassle and I'm not necessarily in the mood the shell out additional custom fees.

Visit Matrix home page and go to the store locator link.

There are some european distributors listed.

Btw. : My rough guess is very late june. The core game is finished and delivered but it will take some time to do the install build, gold master and copies to pack them up for delivery.

Its all in Matrixgames hands now. Don't worry, be patient.

The european distributer www.justplaynow.com has informed me of an unconfirmed release date of 25th June, in the Uk at least.
