It just hit me that I've never tried a strategic bombing campaign with the UK. So... experiment decided for this game.
The UK maxes strategic bombing research, the US turns if off. By spring 41 we will buy as many heavy bombers as we can with the UK.

On a whim I send out the Med fleet to bombard and blockade Tobruk. An other fleet sails from home waters to Gibraltar, leaving only 5 vessels at home (1 carrier).
