Thanks for looking yes modded a few things, added 4 panzer 4 motorised and 4 infantry divisions plus increased some industry and production values. So it appears that I have broken the production of supply and thats why I'm not getting any? What is the major producer of supply? Ifs its HI then I thought I adjusted for that as well. Joel if you could pm your email I can send some more save files. Is there a way to adjust the current save file that I have to adjust the supply to save the game?

You can rename the save file to scn and open it in the editor, then change&save and rename to sav. Not sure if this will cause it to break in the long run, and I think it also means you start from "turn 1" again.

You could simply add ten million supply&oil to the pools, but you also have the problem with the rail network. It is designed for the game as it is, and if you double the number of HI factories you break the supply network.
