I bought a house by the beach ten years ago and I'm lovin it.

As for Greenland - the ice cap seems Ok - but the the planet is still coming out of a glaciation period - so you you would expect glaciers to melt.

It takes 5-10 thousand years to swing out of an ice age. We would not be able to watch it happen year by year.

Nonetheless, as has been said, not to be discussed here.
