Against small units, you might want to consider the All Out Attack stance.
Since you only get a few good attacks on them (with the remainder of the attacks suffering from the "max attack" oversaturation malus), make sure those few attacks have the best chance to hit.

What exactly are Road Block ? Do they correspond to a historical unit ? Because the bulk of them are medics and other logistic dudes , engineers and a few bazookas.
