New 1.02.21 Public Beta Now Available!

I really like the 1.02.21 beta, however there are a couple of issues that seem to be a carry over problem from earlier versions. I have identified these issues for the Germans on turn 1 of the campaign game. Not sure if they apply to soviets or German forces in other scenarios.

First the German 7.92mm PzB 39 at-rifle element never hits any non-armor targets, although this weapon fires a lot even when armor elements are not present. It does hit targets using AP, but never HE rounds. Even though the weapon has only a rating of 3 vman, the element includes both a pistol and 7.92 mm rifle, both of which have higher vman ratings. Either these squads should be able to do some damage to soft targets or it shouldn't bother firing at soft targets.

Second German armored cars never seem to fire. Some of the armored cars fire at targets when they are with armored divisions, but never when they are part of infantry divisions.
