Very laggy game but CPU used at only 30%

It's not what I noticed. My previous CPU was saturating at 90+% so the CPU was clearly causing the bottleneck.
And you're not obliged to make rude comments. Do I have the right to ask more opinions or yours is the only valid one ?

You can ask any opinion of anyone you want. I'm just pointing out I gave info on a bunch of your questions and where you can see the exact topic you are asking about. If thats rude, you have a low bar.

If you had actually looked at what I suggested, you'ld see I have run CMO/CMNAO on around 10 different CPUs and configurations on a specific benchmark scenario. Stating X% means exactly zero without using some kind of consistent scenario. Someone says I run at 25% and if they don't say what scenario or PC config, its doesn't mean much. I would think you would have searched what I suggested and appreciated that someone went through the effort to actually document multiple times the differences in CPU performance on the exact same scenario at the exact same settings.

But go ahead, ask other people to do all the work for you. Instead of actually doing a little homework, denigrate one of the few people that are willing to engage you in your constant multitude of questions.

The discussion in your link was about my old laptop. It has nothing to do with my current question which is about the possibility that the game has bottlenecks. In this thread I'm reporting a possible bug with CPU usage on a relatively small scenario (file above in my initial message).

The way you communicate is nearly always at best unpleasant. I'd like to spend good time on this forum, not been blamed by Herr Professor. I would appreciate if you could simply ignore me and my questions because the conflictual way you answer messages is killing any possible discussions and doesn't make others willing to participate to your fights.
So please, just don't try to "help" me further, ignore my messages.
