Interesting smithers. I would say this works about 75% of the time. There are just a few retreats that can really mess this up but I think I got it down.

Many ways to get on 1st turn.
I like the swap Air Attacks and Corp takes.
Only 1-Panzer needed.
Slaps issued: 16 - Patton, Dana White, Batman, Samson. Medals/Salutes given: 6, warnings received: 11, suspensions served: 4, riots: 2.

I like the experience on the units and the Air Force I get and the lower mobilization for Russia. But that early MPP can help get fighters and naval bombers online earlier so idk
