The changes are in the first post, although there were only a few data changes new in 1.02.51.

Yes I know, expressed it incorrectly.

I miss the usual huge list of data and scenario changes ;)

Understood. :) Dennis has been working on some longer term map items, but they will involve adjusting a number of scenario files before they can be released. Trey has been working on his OB 2.0, which also will require a number of scenario changes. Aside from these, which are longer term efforts, there haven't been a lot of items requiring changes. At least not that I'm aware of.

Joel,

FYI - know that I will buy another scenario pack if you release one.

All across YouTube are videos "Why games are no longer fun?" or "If you close your eyes, Paradox games are really good!".

I don't know if GG is American or British, but I am convinced he is someone's national treasure. So, more scenarios ... I'll buy.

Best regards to Red Lancer and Loki100.

Please fix the 218th NBAD in "Race to the Caucasus" scenario. It is marked as accepting fighters, but it should be biplane bombers. And it is stocked with 4 regiments of U-2 and R-Z at the start.

When you have scenario or generic data items like this to report, please report them in the "Scenario Data/Map Issues" sub-forum that is in the "Tech Support" sub-forum. Our scenario designers and data people check this forum periodically to pick up reports of data issues. Thank you.

Steam wants a beta access code.

Where do I find this?

This isn't a private beta, so no access code should be required.

For those of you playing with 1.02.51, any comments on any of the changes? Specifically, any comments on how the air war is playing out these days, both in the first year, and later on in the war?

In general, not specific to this release, but this code base. The game has numerous cases of artifacts left on the screen that don't clear or clear only by forced work around. I ran into an AD warning yesterday that required a save and reload to clear. In general, these are nuisances (like you never fixed mouse edge scrolling on multiple displays despite I handed over the code to do so).

As for air war, I am play Road to Leningrad (Axis). Compared to a year ago, the best way to protect your planes was not to fly as OP losses were simply devastating. This seems much improved.

I am pleased with the game and accept that resources are limited, and you must do triage.

Thank you. (If the only choice was HOI4, I would probably be shooting pool.)

The 1.02.52 version has been made official. There was one change that got into the official version that is not in the change list:

- Revised w_ground.dat file to fix the lack of production of the Soviet 76.2mm ZiS AT gun

Joel,

FYI

MATRIX -> STORE -> MY PAGE Only shows 1.52 under the main game. The DLC shows 1.45. I understand just update the main game, but I think this may be a little misleading for some.

This thread was unstickied but either I am blind or I can't find a sticky for the .52 official version. It's in the announcement but there's no local version here.
It's even worse on Steam forum with stickies all over the place, .45 official still pinned, .52 official title too long so you can't easily ID the latest version.
BTW someone forgot to activate the force update option in Steam so .52 Beta would be made .52 official.
